the FIRST thing i'd try is disabling firewall(s), and seeing if that helps...

Err 7
I have had lag issues since the Free weekend event. They have gotten worse over time, and now I will get dropped from the server with that Code 007 several times each game session. It doesn't matter what I am doing, either. I could be in a fight, standing around town, or sitting in my guild hall with noone else around, just to see if I get dumped, which I did. It really ticks me off, lol. Anyway, specifics are as follows.
DSL connection, Linksys wireless router. I have tried disconnecting the router and connecting directly to the modem, with no results.
Windows XP Home w/ service pack 2
1.7 ghz Intel Pentium 4
1.5 gig ram
Radeon 9600 Video card w/ 256 mb onboard memory
Sound Blaster Audigy
Norton's Internet Security
Microsoft Anti Spyware
Adaware
Also run TeamSpeak and TeamSpeak Overlay while playing
Ok, now, I have ensured that all drivers and software is completly up to date.
Have played the game with each of the programs listed above completly shut down with no improvement. I have followed ALL the instructions on the GW web site to fix this, but still get Err 7. I have ran pings and ping paths on the GW server and on several other unrelated servers and found this much out.

Of course, the * replaces my personal information in this report.
It seems to me that this indicates the problem lies with PlayNC, and not my computer, though I admit I may be wrong.
Any thoughts??
Any solutions??

When you say "no results", do you mean you are no longer getting errors? or that the problem remains the same?

Problem remains the same.
PlayNC's answer was for me to mess with my router settings, which I did, and just now got that code 7 again.

bad advice, disabling his security, when anet has sever problems is going to help him exactly how?
I wish people, would not give potentially harmfull advice, out of complete ignorance. You might as well proclaim that he disable his anti-virus and download some stuff from kazza or better yeat leave your key in your car, running in the city over night....
If you don't get the point of all this babble, and im not surprised if you don't, just remember Anet Has A Support Site, and you can Get help from them or at least report the trouble.
its widly documented that anet has sever problems.....
Everyone cant get into guildwars at the moment, becuase the severs down.
